Britain is born and raised in Louisiana and has worked in advocacy, campaigns, government, and community organizing since 2017. He has fought for the liberation and rights of the LGBTQ+ community, underpaid workers, sex workers, and formerly incarcerated people. He is a progressive, bold, and principled voice in the Louisiana Democratic Party - seeking to bring about a new Party and a strong fight against regressive far-right policies in our state.
